Q: How do I earn Luxe Points?
You will earn 1 Luxe Point for every RM1 spent online or in stores. Points earned are based on your purchase amount, excluding discounts and shipping fees. The purchase amount paid via vouchers and store credit will not earn points.
Q: Do my Luxe Points expire?
Your points will expire 12 months after the date you earned them, no matter which loyalty tier you're currently in. For example, if you earned 100 points on January 20th, 2026, and 50 points on February 22nd, 2026, 100 points will expire on January 20th, 2027, and 50 points will expire on February 22nd, 2027.
Q: How do I redeem my Luxe Points?
• Online redemption: Your Luxe Points can be converted into discount vouchers to be applied during checkout.
• In-store redemption: Our staff will assist you in redeeming available points for discount vouchers once you have accumulated enough points.
Q: When will my tier status be downgraded?
• Luxe Bloom: Your tier status will never expire.
• Luxe Radiance: Your tier status will be downgraded to Luxe Bloom tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM400 over a 3-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
• Luxe Elite: Your tier status will be downgraded to Luxe Bloom or Luxe Radiance tier if you do not hit the accumulated spend of RM900 over a 6-month period from the date of your tier upgrade.
Q: Can I combine points, discount codes, or other promos?
Yes - you may stack points redemption with selected promos, but some limited-time promos or member-exclusive deals may have special terms.
Q: How do I track my Luxe Points and tier status?
Once logged in, go to "My Account" to view your point balance, tier, and history of earnings/redemptions.
